Research center on the Political action in Europe

The Research center on the Political action in Europe (CRAPE) is a mixed unit of research (UMR 6051) associating CNRS, the Université of Rennes 1 and IEP of Rennes. Laboratory of political science in the beginning, the CRAPE is multi-field today. It indeed integrates sociology, the information sciences and communication and the modern history.

After directbeing directed successively by Philippe Braud, Patrick Guiol, Erik Nephew and Patrick Hassenteufeul, it is currently directed by Christian Bart

The CRAPE is composed of 6 researchers CNRS, 3 ITA-CNRS, 32 senseignants-researchers in station, 7 doctors and 35 doctorands.
