Renoir quartet
The Quatuor Renoir is a String quartet French, founded with Paris in 1995. It is composed of:
- Florent Brannens, violin
- Helene Flange, violin
- Fanny Cut, viola
- Emmanuel Gaugué, violoncello
Since its creation, the Renoir Quartet occurred in France (Salle Pleyel, Salle Cortot, Musée of Orsay, Opéra of Lyon, Filature of Mulhouse, Festival of music of Besancon Franche-Comté, musical Rencontres of Fontainebleau) like abroad (turned to Asia, Quebec, Israel, England, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Czech Republic, New Caledonia).
Price and distinctions
In 2000, it gained the 1st Price of the Contest of the FNAPEC (Paris), the 3rd Price of the international contest " Vittorio Gui" (Florence) and the 5th Price of the international Contest of London.
Since 2002, the Renoir Quartet takes share with the series of recording " Breve" went; in partnership with Radio-France, and takes part in the Festival Presences 2003,2004,2005 and 2006.
In 2003, it received the Price of the ministry for the Culture to the international Contest of Bordeaux, as well as the " Blow of cœur" of musical Patronage of the General society.
