Rene de Dorlodot
Rene de Dorlodot born in Tanlais in Eure-et-Loire on February 17th, 1983 and deceased in 1970 is a Belgian politician catholic (independent), and a Walloon militant.
He was all his life an independent catholic sat as such with the Town council of Acoz of which he was the burgomaster of 1921 with 1953. He was senator of Charleroi of 1918 with 1949 and then senator elected by the provincial Conseil of Hainaut, of 1949 to 1963. Regarded as a representative of the old dusty right-hand side by the daily newspaper Christian-Democrat the City, it collaborated however in the Walloon opinion and especially in the Walloon Action the review of Georges Thone, Georges Truffaut and Fernand Dehousse which was expressed highly against the policy of neutrality followed by the Belgium starting from 1936.
