Rene To sweep , born the March 31st 1915 with Andouille and deceased the January 26th 2001, is a French politician, member of the Union for the French democracy
Course
After studies with the primary teacher training school, it obtains a Agrégation of history and becomes Professor with the college of Ernée. The war stops this peaceful life, it returns then in the rows of FFI with the rank of lieutenant. Honore with the Release, it resumes his work until in 1948, date on which he becomes wine merchant. Impassioned sport he becomes president of Ernéenne sporting. In 1959, it begins in policy with its first mandate from mayor from Ernée. There will cumulate many mandates and will remain senator until his death.

- 1959 : elected official city council man and Mayor of Ernée, re-elected until 1986. It then leaves voluntarily its functions of Mayor, to occupy only one station of assistant until 1995.

- 1971: elected official President of the Association of the mayors and Associated until his resignation in 1993.
- 1973: elected official President of the General advice of Mayenne until 1992, date on which it decides not to be represented.
