Rene Ouvrard
Rene Ouvrard is a priest, writer and French type-setter born with Chinon in 1624 and died in Tours in 1694.
Biography
Rene Ouvrard accepted the orders and became choirmaster of the cathedrals of Bordeaux, Narbonne and the the Ste Chapelle of Paris, then he was canon with Tours.

- Secret to compose in music by an art nouveau , 1660.
- the Art and the Science of the numbers in Latin and French , 1677.
- Defense of the old tradition of the Churches of France , 1678.
- History of the music at the Hebrews, the Greeks and the Romans , imposing work remained handwritten.
