Rene Nicklès

Rene Nicklès (Nancy, 1859 - Nancy, 1917) is a Chimiste French. Raise école des Mines and Sorbonne, it taught the Géologie and chemistry with the Faculty of Science of Nancy. It was at the origin of the surveys which made it possible to find layers of Houille in the Lorraine basement. It was also at the origin of the creation of the technical institute of geology.
