Rene Herval
Rene Herval , born the April 15th 1890 with Lille and dead the February 11th 1972 with Rouen, is a Norman Historien .
He was honorary president of the Company of the Norman writers, chair Academy of Science, Belles-Lettres and Arts of Rouen and member of the Société of the men of letters. Knight of the Legion of honor.
