Rene Haby , French politician, born the October 9th 1919 with Dombasle-on-Meurthe (Meurthe-et-Moselle), dead the February 6th 2003.
Biography
He is successively teacher, teacher of course complementary, certified professor, incorporated, chief of establishment, associated of the director of the programs and general inspector. He is director of the cabinet of the Minister for Youth and the Sports, François Missoffe, in 1966 then vice-chancellor of the University of Clermont-Ferrand.
Presented by Valery Giscard d'Estaing like a technician of education, it is Ministre for State education May 29th 1974 with the April 5th 1978 in the governments Chirac (1) and Barre (1) and (2). Member of the Republican party, it elected is appointed UDF in 1978, re-elected in 1981 and 1986, it sits at the National Assembly until in 1988. General adviser in 1979, he becomes vice-president of the general advice of Meurthe-et-Moselle in 1985.
