Rene Haby , French politician, born the October 9th 1919 with Dombasle-on-Meurthe (Meurthe-et-Moselle), dead the February 6th 2003.

Biography

He is successively teacher, teacher of course complementary, certified professor, incorporated, chief of establishment, associated of the director of the programs and general inspector. He is director of the cabinet of the Minister for Youth and the Sports, François Missoffe, in 1966 then vice-chancellor of the University of Clermont-Ferrand.
