Rene Ghil

Rene Ghilbert , known as Rene Ghil , born with Tourcoing the September 27th 1862 and died in Niort the September 15th 1925, is a poet Symbolist French.

Its poetic work, started in 1885 with the collection Legends of hearts and bloods , thereafter was precisely structured in several volumes and parts.

It was an ambitious poet, set on philosophy, anxious to theorize on the colors of the vowels (with a theory different from that of Rimbaud). It published thus a Traité verb in 1886, with one before-to say Stephan Mallarmé, and in 1909 Of scientific poetry .
