Rene Counting frame of Branch , more commonly called Rene de Branche , was a French politician born the February 17th 1941 with Mende (Lozere). It is deceased the April 15th 1981, with Mayenne (Mayenne).

Biography

It is the back grandson of Joseph-Augustin Boullier of Branch, former mayor of the town of Mayenne.

It was to advise General secretary of the United Nations.

It makes its entry in policy at 32 years, while being elected General adviser PR Canton of Chailland the September 23rd 1973.
