Rene Couanau

Rene Couanau , Politician French, born the July 10th 1936 with Saint-Malo (Ille-et-Vilaine). Énarque (Turgot promotion of 1968, that of Claude Erignac, the prefect assassinated in Corsica), it is general inspector of the administration of state education.
