Renault Clio Williams

The Clio Williams was born in 1993 in order to celebrate successes of Renault in Formule 1 and to be used as a basis for the homologation rally, Renault requiring an engine of 2 liters cubic capacity. At the beginning 3800 numbered specimens will be born, then thanks to its success as well sporting as commercial it will be in all approximately 12.600 vehicles which will be produced declined in several phases or series limited. Regarded by much as last true “GTI”, this bombinette for its behavior and the pleasure which it gets causes still today the covetousness of many impassioned.

Phase 2

The phase 2 which appears about 1995, undergoes light a restylage on the level of the rear lights which from now on have a convex form, the logos (2.0) which were located before at the sides of the repeaters are from now on on the new broader side side trims. As regards the motorization nothing again, the " Willy" keep its 2.0l 16s of 150 ch. The plate numbered located on the instrument panel will be only available for the vehicles to export
