Renault Agriculture
Renault-Agriculture is a company resulting from the group Renault which manufactures farm tractors.
In February 2003, the German group Claas took again the majority of the capital of Renault Agriculture to a total value of 51%, Renault SAS preserving 49%.
The signed agreement provides that Claas can change its participâtion to 80% of the capital, Renault beginning on its side to preserve 20% of its subsidiary company at least until 2010.
Mid-January 2006, Claas is assembled to 80% in the capital of Renault Agriculture.
