Renaud Ier de Craon

Renaud de Craon , lord of Craon was the son of Robert of Nevers, married with Blanche of Sanded, died in 1101.

He was lord of Craon, initially by donation of Geoffroy Martel with his father, then definitively by his marriage with the grand-daughter of Guerin, heiress of the ground of Craon, following what he says itself in a charter of the Abbaye of the Trinity of Vendôme.

He founded the Abbaye of Roë in 1098.
