Rembertów is one of the districts of Warsaw, the capital of the Poland. Between 1939 and 1957 it was an independent city, before being built-in with Praga Południe. Between 1994 and 2002 Rembertów begins again are independence and becomes Warszawa-Rembertów .
The district, hardly populated, does not count (in 2004) only 21.893 inhabitants for 19,30 km ². More than 30% of the surface is covered by green areas, which form the reserve of Kaweczyn.
