Reingeniery of the processes of businesses
The reingeniery of the process of businesses, also known under initials RPA or English BPR (Business Reengineering Process) is an approach which aims at reconsidering the processes of businesses of the company and to make them more effective.
According to this approach, the company gives up the functional vertical traditional organization in favor of a horizontal organization in which decision making can be deputy (empowerment) to the operational actors in face-office and the functions supports of the administrative seat are reduced in order to make it possible to release more value for the customers.
Step of handing-over in question and in-depth redefinition of the processes of an organization in order to restructure it to make it more effective while reducing the costs. This reorganization of the work methods often constitutes the first phase of a project of computerization: one starts by rationalizing a line of business (the taking into account of an ordering of a customer) in order to determine all the cases of figure well and to be able to start adequate actions in an automatic way and without ambiguity.
