Reideen

Reideen (らいでぃーん) is a Anime Japan board, remake of the series Brave Raideen of Yoshiyuki Tomino (1975). The series is produced by Production I.G and is carried out by Mitsuru Hongo. Currently in the course of diffusion on the satellite chain WOWOW is animates and was also adapted in manga.

Synopsis

Junki Saiga is a high-school pupil like the others and gifted in mathematics. Its quiet daily newspaper is disturbed when its family learns that the businesses from her father - an archeologist and a researcher on old civilizations which had disappeared several years before were found. Among those of the notes and artefacts remain to identify by the family which goes on the spot of the discovered one: ruins located under a pyramidal mountain - suspectée by some to be a known human construction under the name of Kuromaki mount.

Whereas they are on the spot, a meteorite containing a strange robot falls from space and causes important damage, until endangering Junki which with the danger of its life tries to carry the businesses of his/her father among which a mysterious bracelet which will not be long in being anchored to its wrist, making it able to call upon the famous robot: Reideen. Consequently Junki is seen entrusting the spot to defend the Earth of the attack of powerful creatures fallen from the sky.
