Reichsleiter
Reichsleiter (governor of Reich), was the second political rank highest of the Nazi party, after that of Führer only. The title of Reichsleiter was also a paramilitary row, and the highest rank of all the organizations Nazis. The Reichsleiters returned account only to Adolf Hitler, and received from them orders for the field for which each one was responsible. The assembly of the 18 Reichsleiters constituted the Reichsleitung Nazi party, which initially sat at the Braunen Haus (" house brune") with Munich. Some Reichsleiters were also members of the government of the Third Reich.
