Reichsdeputationshauptschluss
The Reichsdeputationshauptschluss was a resolution of the last meeting of the Diète of Empire the February 25th 1803 with Ratisbon (Germany). It had been decided, following an agreement between the France and the Austria of 1802 and consequently of the Traité of Lunéville, the Sécularisation and the mediatization in order to compensate for the German princes of the grounds beyond the the Rhine, lost in favor of the France during the Napoleonean Guerres.
