Rei Hiroe

Rei Hiroe is a Mangaka born on December 5th, 1975. It is mainly known in France for its work Black lagoon, Manga which gained a certain success at the time of its exit to the Japan in 2001. It is impassioned in particular by the army and the strategy games.
