On Internet, a moderating (or a moderating ) is a Internaute whose role is to animate and moderate a forum, by erasing the messages of insult or of slandering, like those in racist matter and the incentives with violence or hatred, that is to say very message not having its place in a Discussion forum on the Web. A regulator must be impartial in the debate, moderate its personal opinion so that it does not sully its judgment, and do nothing but recall to the order the participants Out-subject.
