Register of control panel in France
A register is part of a control panel road comprising a block of homogeneous mentions.
Definition
A block is known as " homogène" when it gathers of the same mentions color and, within the same color, according to whether they are, for example:- relative to the same direction,
- separate according to whether they are dominated or not,
- separate according to whether they are classified or not,
- concerned with the same symbol.
Many registers according to the typology of the panels
- Panels of D20 position: a register. several D20 panels can be piled up on the same mast. One speaks then overall about D20 panels.
- Control panels advanced D30 and Da30: Always composed of several registers.
- Panels of standard advance sign D41 and D43: several piled up registers;
- Panels of standard advance sign D42: only one register;
- Panels of standard warning D50 and Da50: several piled up registers;
- Panels of confirmation D61 and D62: a register. several D60 panels can be piled up on the same mast. One speaks then overall about panels D61 or D62.

Many mentions
A homogeneous block, and thus a register, count to the maximum three lines.In a homogeneous block the mentions are registered from top to bottom by order of increasing distance.
Scheduling of the registers
The registers are distributed by color while laying out from top to bottom: blue registers, green registers and white registers. The order of the of the same registers color depends on the cases of figures.
