The Regional plans of the Quality of the Air (PRQA) are plans which the French State imposes on the administrative areas and making them obligation every five years to give a progress report on the state of the quality of the air (transmitters, monitoring, health), of a certain number of axes of progress suggested, and their effects on the data and indicating correspondents.
