- progressive Abolition of the tariff barriers and non-tariff within fifteen year (with exceptions like agriculture), free trade of the services
- elimination of the obstacles to the investment
Common Market of the South American cone
- Created the March 26th 1991
- Coming into effect 1995
- Members (2007): Argentinian, Brazil, Uruguay, Paraguay, Venezuela
- Associated: Chile, Bolivia
- Objective and achievements: creation of a Common Market of the southern cone

The Community of development of the Southern Africa
- Created the August 7th 1992
- Members (1999): South Africa, Angola, Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi, Maurice, Mozambique, Namibia, Swaziland, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Democratic republic of Congo, Seychelles
- Objective and achievements: creation of a free exchange zone

Cooperation Council of the Arab States of the Gulf
- Created in 1981
- Members (1999): Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, United Arab Emirates, Objective Kuwait
- and achievements:
- freedom of movement of the people and the capital.
- creation of a customs union starting from March 1st 2001.
In Asia
Association of the nations of the South-East Asia
- Created in 1967
- Members (1999): Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Filipino, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Burma, Laos, Kampuchea
- Objective and achievements:
- realization of a free exchange zone of the nations of the South-East Asia planned for 2010 for the 5 countries founders of the ASEAN (5 caused first) and for 2015 for the others. ** Creation of an Asian single currency at the horizon of 2025.
Peaceful Asia - America
Economic cooperation the Asia-Pacific
- Created in 1989
- Members (1999): Member State of the ALENA, Chile, China, Taiwan, HongKong, country of ASEAN, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, New Guinea-News-Guinea, Peru, Russia.
- Objective and achievements: today APEC is nothing any more but one platform strictly economic. Installation in 2010 of a free exchange zone for the most developed countries zone and in 2020 for the others.
