Regional Museo di Scienze Naturali di Torino

The Museo Regionale di Scienze Naturali di Torino (regional Museum of natural science of Turin) is a founded Muséum in 1978 to shelter the collections of Natural history of the Université of Turin. It is located at the 36 Via Giolitti in Turin, in a building of the 17th century.

The natural history museum has departments of Zoologie, Entomologie, Botanique, Minéraux, Géologie and Paléontologie as well as a specialized library and a center of exposure.

Among the historical collections preserved at the natural history museum, it is in particular necessary to quote those of Franco Andrea Bonelli (1784-1830) and of Massimiliano Spinola (1780-1857).
