Glacière is a station of the line 6 of the Métro of Paris, located in the 13 {{E}} district of Paris.

The station

The station is open in 1906.

In this district, the Bièvre, which is thrown in the the Seine, formed many Mare S and pond S where the herds watered themselves. These basins provided great quantities of Glace which one preserved the be, in built wells. The name of Refrigerator remained.

Victor Hugo locates at it an episode of the Misérables , street of the Field of the Alouette, where appears were Tannerie S.
