Red paperboard
A red paperboard is used in many Sport S. It generally means that player is penalized of a sanction, the Expulsion.
Football
The red paperboard is the ultimate sanction at the time of a match of football. It can sanction a Joueur and sometimes the Entraîneur. Sanctioned must leave the Terrain until the end of the match and cannot be replaced by another player.Its dimension is of 102 X 76 mm in general.
Reasons
- For obtaining a second yellow paperboard (see yellow Paperboard)
- For nontolerable fault
- For the last defender (before the guard) empéchant the unfavourable filler player in front of the goals
- For insults towards players or referees
- For deliberate violence
Volley ball, Football in room, Handball, Tchoukball, Rugby with XV, Rugby with XIII, Toilets sports shirt, Field hockey, Athletics
The player is expelled definitively.
Fencing
A key is allotted to the adversary. The equivalent of the red paperboard expulsatoire is the black paperboard.
