Recquignies

Recquignies is a common French, located in the department of the Northern and the area Nord-Pas-de-Calais.

Geography

Located between the towns of Maubeuge and Jeumont and crossed by the line of Railroad which connects Paris to the towns of Copenhagen, Warsaw and Moscow inter alia and separated from the town of Boussois by the River Sambre, this city has as characteristic to have an infrastructure in double because of its old history which is the meeting of old the village of Recquignies and of Rocq which now became a Hameau.
