Receiver with the EGF
The receiver with the EGF is a transmembrane Protéine dimeric which transduit the consecutive signal with its connection with the épidermique Growth factor. It is a protein with activity tyrosin intrinsic kinase. It presents similarities with the receiver to the Insuline. It belongs to the RTK family of the Receivers with activity Tyrosine Kinase.
The changes of this receiver in the nonsomatic cells are associated with several forms of Cancer, in particular that of the center.
