Receiver muscarinic

The receiving muscarinic is a Récepteur metabotropic which binds the Acétylcholine released in the extracellular medium, and inhibits the Adénylate cyclase, which diminu intracellular concentration in cyclic AMP, and there is an activation of the Phospholipase C (PLC), causing an increase in the intracellular concentration of diacylglycérol and inositol triphosphate (IP3). These two second messengers activate or inhibit several metabolic ways, which can activate ionic channels and to influence on the Potential membrane. It holds its name of sound agonist, the Muscarine. The receivers muscarinic open also the potassic channels.
