Synopsis

This documentary watch the “poor” of our company in places emblematic. This documentary share of the districts and the prisons of Turned, in Belgium, passes by Amiens, watch with Lyon an appearance with the Law courts, the prison St Paul. He shows then the district of the Basket with Marseilles. The last report of this documentary: “today one destroys here a factory and tomorrow one will build a prison”.
