rear Herve Menn (1899, Hanvec - 1973)
Established in Paris, it founds, with Louis Weisse, the Confrérie of the Bell ringers (K.A.V.) first bagad having ever existed or began Dorig Voyer and Paolig Montjarret. Its activity in favor of the Breton Culture and the Breton langur was particularly important: collecting of airs, manufacture of bagpipes, reintroduction of the Breton dances in the balls of the emigration, publication of works of collecting of Middle-class man, republication of Barzhaz Breizh of Villemarqué and a monograph into Breton on Hanvec.
