The RealMedia is a format of Compression created by the company RealNetworks, which allows to diffuse the its and the Vidéo in Streaming. The associated extension is " .rm ". It is typically used jointly with RealAudio and RealVideo. It is popular uninterrupted in the field of the contents in Lecture ( Streaming in English).
The files available in this format are in fixed rate of sampling (in Constant bit misses or CBR, the usual acronym for the streaming audio /vido).
