Real-Time Protocol Control

The Protocole RTCP ( Real-time Transport Control Protocol ) rests on periodic transmissions of Paquet S of control by all the participants in the session.

It is a protocol of control of flows RTP, making it possible to convey basic information on the participants of a session, and on quality of service.
