Read Vaillancourt

Born with Longueuil in 1954, Lise Vaillancourt is one of the original voices of its generation. It is the auteure of ten plays, of which Marie-Antoine , opus 1 (1988), Billy Strauss (1991) and Balade for Fannie and Carcassonne (1995), a part for children which was a great success.

It also published two novels: the Newspaper of one obsébée (1989) and the summer of the eider ducks (1996), which promoted it finalist for the price of the general Government.

The texts of Vaillancourt Dye stick testify to imaginary very personal, where gravity mixes with imagination and where the conscience is not stripped of humor. Woman of theater, it can play with intensity of the truth of the human emotions.
