Raymond V of Toulouse

Raymond V (VII) (11341194), count of ''' Toulouse ''' of 1148 at 1194.

According to the traditional genealogy of the counts de Toulouse made by the Benedictines in the General History of Languedoc, it would be Raymond V , but critical studies established that two counts of the first name of Raymond had been omitted. He would be thus Raymond (VII)

He is the son of Alphonse the Jordan. When this last dies in Holy Land in 1148, the Comté of Toulouse falls to his/her Raymond son, then 14 years old.
