Biography
Raymond Souplex , of his true name Raymond Guillermain , is a Acteur French born with Paris on June 1st 1901, deceased in Paris the November 22nd 1972.Simultaneously with its studies of right and its first employment of clerk, it composes of the songs, becomes chansonnier and turns in Cabaret S and Parisian theater workshops, of which the Caveau of the Republic. It is during this period that it meets Jane Sourza which becomes its accomplice during many years and not its partner as one could believe it. With Jane Sourza, it turns in 1938 to the radio and interprets the role of a philosophical tramp in the humorous emission “On the bench”. Perrette Souplex is the girl of Raymond Souplex. Actress itself, it played the part of “Perrette Bourrel” (note the bond) in the episode “the very last thing” in 1996, one of the last of the series.
