Raymond Chan

honourable the Raymond Chan (陳卓愉, pinyin: Chén Zhuōyú in Chinese), C.P. (born the October 25th 1951 with HongKong) is a Canadian politician ; it is currently Député with the House of Commons of Canada, representing the district britanno-Colombian of Richmond under the banner of the Liberal party of Canada since 1993. Chan was the first Sino-Canadian to obtain a station with the federal Cabinet, and only the second with being elected with the communes, the first being Douglas Jung, elected in 1957.
