Raymond-Max Aubert

Raymond-Max Aubert is a former French politician, born on March 15th, 1947 with Innsbruck (Austria).

Enarque, resulting from promotion Voltaire in 1980, it is elected appointed and mayor RPR of Tulle in 1993 (deputy) and 1995 (mayor) against François Holland, before losing these two mandates in 1997 (deputy) and 2001 (mayor) respectively, against the same man, who had in particular been of the same promotion as him with the ENA, just like his former partner Ségolène Royal, the former Prime Minister Dominique de Villepin or the former ministers Renaud Donnedieu de Vabres and Michel Sapin.

The Aubert-Holland confrontation is a single case of political competition between two comrades of promotion of the Ena, since François Holland is also resulting from Voltaire promotion.

It was in 1993 one of the craftsmen of the constitutional reform removing the right of asylum.

Functions

General inspector of the Equipment. It was Délégué to the town and country planning and the regional action (Datar) of 1995 to 1997. He was in addition Secretary of State to rural development. In 2003, he was elected president of the consel of administration of the National agency for check-holidays (A.N.C.V.). Then he was chairman of the board of the National center of Development of Sport (CNDS). He belongs to the Board of directors of Veolia Environnement as a Vice-president of the Veolia Environnement foundation. he is to the Board of directors of the IGD (Institute of Deputy Management).

Legal problems

The Court of Appeal of Paris had validated, on February 16th, 2007, against the opinion of the parquet floor, the settings in examination for " embezzlements publics" engaged against the successive principal private secretaries of the former mayor of Paris between 1983 and 1995, Robert Pandraud, Daniel Naftalski and Michel Roussin. On the whole, a score of people are continued in this business, of which the former Secretary of State, Raymond-Max Aubert.
