Ray Scott

John Raymond (Ray) Scott (born the July 12th 1938 with Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is a former player and professional trainer of Basket-ball. Winger who evolved/moved with the Université of Portland cement, Scott was selected with the 4th rank of draft NBA 1961 by the Detroit Pistons. Scott had an eleven years career in NBA and American Basketball Association, with the Pistons, the Baltimore Bullets and the Virginia Squires.

Scott actuated the Pistons during three seasons and half, of 1972 with 1976. In 1974, it gained the trophy of NBA Coach off the Year.
