Rauchbier
The Rauchbier is a Bière of low fermentation, whose Malt was dried with the wood fire of Hêtre. That brings a characteristic smoked taste to him. This soft beer is, since 1678, the speciality of the Brasserie Schlenkerla, with Bamberg, in Germany.
