Ratchet wheel

A ratchet wheel is a non-return finger device limiting a rotary Mécanisme to turn in only one direction. This Roue is provided on all its circumference of notches causing in the desired direction rising with a Cliquet to leave him passage but is blocked by him in the other direction.
