Rasoul
In the tradition Musulman E rasūl a Prophète bringing a major revelation indicates. In the Moslem Profession of faith ( Chahada ), Mahomet is proclaimed to be the envoy of God (rear RTL رَسُولالله Allah). The angel Gabriel which is addressed to Mahomet is him also qualified rasûl.
The Prophète S in general - not bringing a major revelation - are called anbiyā (singular nabī).
