Raphaël Milliès-Lacroix is a Politician French born on December 4th, 1850 and deceased on October 12th, 1941.

Outstanding figure of the IIIe Republic, it was Maire of Dax, general adviser, and Senator of the Moors of 1897 with 1932. He will be also Minister for the Colonies within the first government Clemenceau.
