Raphaël Count
Raphaël Count , born on September 29th, 1979 with Neuchâtel, is a political personality of the Canton of Neuchâtel, member of the Radical party.
Biography
After a baccalaureat Latin-Greek obtained with Neuchâtel, it starts studies of right to the universities of Neuchâtel, Bern and Zurich, its report of license is devoted to common fusions of .
