Raoul Urbain
Raoul Urbain was born with Condé-sur-Noireau (Calvados) in 1837 and died in Paris in 1902. It is a personality of the Commune of Paris.

March 26th, 1871, he is elected with the Conseil of the Commune by VIIe district; he sits at the commission of Teaching, then with that of the Foreign relations and to that of the War. He votes for the creation of the Comité of public Hello. He is in favor solved execution of the hostages. After the bloody Week, it is stopped, and is condemned to the forced labors with perpetuity by the council of War. It returns to Paris after the amnesty of 1880, and deals with the co-operative movement.
