Ranunculus glacialis , buttercup of the glaciers or caraline is a Espèce of Renoncule pushing under a mountain climate and subarctic.

Distribution

The buttercup of the glaciers meets in the stages subalpine, alpine and nival of the Montagne S of Europe (the Alps, the Pyrenees, Carpates and Sierra Nevada), in the Scandinavian Péninsule, with the Faroe Islands, Jan Mayen, in Iceland, with the Svalbard and the Eastern Greenland. It is one of the European plants pushing with highest the Altitude since it meets until 4  000 meters of altitude where it côtoie the Glacier S, from where its name.
