Randy Barnett

Randy E. Barnett is Law professor at the university of Boston (pulpit Austin B. Fletcher). He teaches the cyberDroit, the contracts, the constitutional Law, the criminal law, the proof, the agency and association, jurisprudence, and the acts criminal. He is also researcher with the Cato Institute.

Before teaching, he was Procureur with Chicago where he judged many criminal cases. He is graduate Université Northwestern and Université of Harvard.

In 2000, it gave conferences on the Philosophie of the right to the Université of Tōkyō and the Université of Doshisha to Kyōto. He also spoke about the theory of the contract law to the Université of Waseda (Tōkyō) and of the theory of criminal justice to the Université of Kansai (Ōsaka). Currently, it is one of principal lawyers of the co-operative of the purchasers of cannabis of Oakland in lawsuit with the federal government and he is the lawyer of the plaintiffs in the medical case of the use of the cannabis in the lawsuit Raich v. Ashcroft .
