Ramón Barros Luco

Ramón Barros Luco (born the June 9th 1835 and deceased the September 20th 1919 with Santiago with the Chile), is a lawyer and Chilean Politician of Breton origin. President of the Chile of the December 23rd 1910 with the December 23rd 1915. Member of the Liberal party.
