Ralph Lauren

Ralph Lauren (born Ralph Lipschitz the October 13rd 1939) is a American Styliste.

Biography

He was born in the Bronx, with New York, immigrant parents Juif S: Frank and Frida Lipschitz. His/her father was house painter.

As of its more young age, Ralph started to work after the school to buy the elegant ones and expensive costumes.

Ralph was provided education for with the DeWitt Clinton High School , to the 42 Mosholu Parkway, in the Bronx. At the 16 years age, Ralph and his/her Jerry older brother changed their Lipschitz family name into Lauren. Some regard that as a refusal of their Jewish heritage; Ralph considered that necessary for success.

He studied management with the City College of New York, which he left after two years. As 1962 with 1964, it was used in the American Army. With its return to the civil life, in 1964, it Maria with Ricky Low-Beer. He did not study in a school of stylism, but worked for the Brooks brothers as a salesman, and created for them the label Polo. He repurchased this name in 1967 to them and, in 1968, opened his own trade of ties, Polo Fashions, after having secured a loan of 50.000 dollars of a financial support. Into 1984, it transformed the " Rhinelander Mansion" , the old house of the photographers and Robert Denning, out of window for Polo Ralph Lauren.

During Years 1980, it launches out in the production of accessories for the house, in order to diversify the product range of its company. It is later in the Années 1990, that it launches the line Polo Sport with which it is a great success.

In the middle of the years 1990, Polo Ralph Lauren entered out of purse, with the New York Stock Exchange with for symbol RL.

Ralph and his wife, Ricky, have two wire and a girl: Andrew, David, and Dylan. David is framework at Ralph Lauren Media.

Ralph Lauren is also known to be a collector of cars. Its cars gained multiple times the prestigious " Pebble Beach Concours". Its collection was recently presented to the Musée of the Art schools of Boston.
